For this 1999 project, We the Cats songwriters Mike Petersen and Mark Lolwing team up again with blue-eyed soul singer Ruby Petrisch to concoct an interesting mix of moody rock with Ilk. Self-recorded on an analog 4-Track in a Chicago basement, this low-fi experiment boasts some of their most interesting soundscapes.
